Cerasuolo Di Vittoria - Santa Tresa

Cerasuolo Di Vittoria is the only DOCG wine from Sicily. The permitted harvest yields here are the second lowest in Italy, which greatly enhances the wine’s quality.

It boasts a beautiful bouquet with a mix of wild strawberries and blueberries, nutmeg, black pepper, black olives, thyme, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it offers an intense flavor experience with balance and length — an unbelievably strong price-to-pleasure ratio!

15% of the Nero d’Avola is dried (appassimento technique) – fermentation in large Slovenian oak barrels – 12 months of aging, partly in large Slovenian oak barrels and partly in small French oak barrels.  Manual harvest – low yields.
