Champagne Victor & Charles 'Le Brut'

A lively champagne with a fine mousse and aromas of apple, grapefruit, yellow plum, and a hint of hazelnut. The palate is round, full, and beautifully balanced, with subtle sweetness and fresh acidity. The long, slightly honeyed finish adds elegance and finesse. Pressed using a Coquard press, partially fermented in French oak, and aged 42 months sur lattes for added depth and complexity.

60% Chardonnay – 30% Pinot Meunier – 10% Pinot Noir (sourced from four crus in the Champagne region). Brut with a dosage of 6 g/l
