Champagne Victor & Charles - 'Le Rosé'

Victor & Charles Le Rosé enchants with its elegant salmon-pink hue and delicate bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of ripe strawberry, raspberry, and soft candy notes. On the palate, it is round, juicy, and full of red fruit, lifted by a fine minerality. Subtle spice and fresh acidity bring balance and length. A rosé Champagne with finesse, character, and vibrant energy.  Vinification: pressed using a Coquard press, fermented in 300L barrels, with partial malolactic fermentation and the use of in-house yeasts. Aged for at least 36 months sur lattes to enhance depth and refinement.

55% Chardonnay – 25% Pinot Noir – 20% Meunier. Brut Rosé – Dosage: 6 g/L
