LULU Vigneron Savagnin Cha-Cha 2016

A very nice discovery, this oiled wine/under veil from Ludwig Bindernagel. Everything is done with subtlety for a result that will please everyone with a beautiful poultry in wine sauce for example. Really superb. Great drinkability on this wine which aimed to be a yellow wine but, while becoming deviant after 4 years, was immediately bottled. Very nice acidity, tension and drinkability.
Recommended to people interesting in discovering oxidative wines.
