Côtes des Bar, the southernmost champagne region. This borders the North of Burgundy and then, of course, we think of Pinot Noir! This champagne is a Blanc de Noirs at its best! Crispy red fruit in the nose with a slight hint of toast. Brimming with fraÎcheur in the mouth and a handsome structure in the finish.
