Welcome to an atmospheric evening of discovery in our Chill Wine Cellar!   

Tonight, together we will explore the fascinating world of wine.  Whether you are a seasoned wine lover or just taking your first steps, this one evening wine course is a chance to learn the vocabulary to describe the aromas, flavors and other characteristics of a wine.         

Wim Philippe, DipWSET, will take you on a journey through a representative and varied set of excellent wines. This introduction will equip you with the skills, knowledge and vocabulary to transform your wine experiences into the appropriate wordings.
