Pinot Gris

We detect aromas of ripe peach and apricot complemented by a delicate spiciness. The rich and dense fruit is balanced by gossamer acidity. The grapes were not harvested too ripe. This kept the acidity nice and crisp, which is not always an obvious thing with this variety. The sandy soils of Haspengouw prove extremely suitable for this grape variety.
