La Nine – Minervois, Languedoc AOP 2023

La Nine (a local affectionate term for “young girl”) is the signature cuvée of the domaine, grown on clay-limestone soils with a classic Languedoc blend: 40% Carignan, 50% Grenache, 10% Syrah. Pure red fruit on the nose (cherry, redcurrant, wild strawberry), aromatic from the first pour. Finely vinified, this wine expresses the estate’s hallmark freshness with tactile elegance and a hint of Mediterranean garrigue. On the palate: juicy acidity, finesse and a lingering finish. A delicate, refined cuvée.
