Sauvignon Blanc feels very much at home in Styria, an emerging region for this variety. Hannes Sabathi shows in his base cuvée, a Steirische Klassik (STK), what potential Sauvignon Blanc has in this region. A pronounced bouquet of white stone fruit, green apple and citrus. On the palate precisely ripe fruit and plenty of fraîche. This wine is very generous and can please many palettes.
