Riesling Kabinett Trocken

Fresh citrus aromas and the smell of dry stone in the first instance, but as the wine warms up we can also smell riper stone fruit. On the palette, we get a very pure Riesling with pronounced mineral accents. It is as if you are biting into a peach. Yet the wine remains linear and focused. The aftertaste remains dry with a little bitterness.
