The hand-picked grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats and aged on the lees for 6 months. This Pinot Grigio is a rich, dry, fresh white wine with lively, clean aromas of white flowers, apple and pear. A beautiful minerality characterises this wine and gives it great personality, making it an easy accompaniment to many gourmet dishes.
This wine can be drunk as an aperitif or accompanied by delicate starters or rice and pasta dishes based on fish and seafood.
