Chill Living Wines is a reputable wine shop with an adjacent tasting cellar located in the beautiful centre of Tervuren. Our establishment offers a curated selection of fine organic, biodynamic and natural wines, together also with a selection of local whiskeys and gins. Because consuming local products is at the centre of our philosophy, we focus on a selection of qualitative European wines, from inspiring winemakers who are convinced that a cleaner way of making wine should be the general rule. The place also benefits from a unique cellar space where customers can enjoy tastings and exclusive events.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a partner joining the two founders Pierre and Béatrice.
Location
Tervuren, Belgium
Key Responsibilities
- Shop Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wine shop, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Manage inventory, process sales, and maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, offering wine recommendations and information on products. Build strong relationships with our customers to foster a sense of community.
- Marketing and Social Media: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the shop and tasting cellar. Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Tastings and Events: Organize and host wine tastings in the cellar. Collaborate with winemakers and industry professionals to create memorable experiences for our customers. Plan and execute B-to-B events to attract business clients.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and other business initiatives that can enhance the shop's presence in the community and beyond.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for wine and a curiosity of the various wine types and regions.
- Commercially driven
- Previous experience in the retail and/or wine sector is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in event planning or B2B and B2C marketing is a plus.
