This lively Dosage Zéro proves that a Brut Nature doesn’t need to be hard or austere. With no added sugar, the cuvée is bone-dry, yet beautifully balanced. Its bright acidity is elegantly cushioned by notes of yellow fruit, ripe apple, pear and a subtle hint of hazelnut. Vinification: Based on the 2019 harvest. A “Réserve Perpetuelle” is kept in stainless steel, foudres and oak barrels, and for the first time also partly in magnums under cork and agrafe. AR Lenoble is pioneering this combination.
