The three grape varieties are blended together after being aged separately in stainless steel tanks. This wine is vinified with a dominance of Gamay and an equal share of Syrah and Marselan. The nose is expressive with a bouquet of pepper, spices and blackberries. The palate is full-bodied and crisp with a nice spicy structure. The finish is persistent, supple and delicate. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to grilled meats, for example.
