Made from a single grape variety, Gamay, on granite soils, this Régnié is matured for 6 to 8 months in barrels before bottling without fining or filtration.

‘En Voiture Simone’ is a well-structured cuvée with distinctive aromas of violets and red fruit. It has great finesse and a very pleasant roundness.
