L'Insoumise Réserve

This Belgian Mousseux from Liege has a beautiful deep colour with a very fine pearlisation. This Réserve has spent 22 months sur lattes and you can taste it. In the nose, the Johanniter grape provides the necessary complexity with aromas of brioche and almond. The low dosage of 5g per l lends it freshness and counters the round and broad character on the palate.
