Particular terroir composed mainly of sand, mixed with a little clay and iron mineral. Manual harvest, grapes are destemmed, extraction by light punching down and daily pumping over. Aged for 1 year in old 225L oak barrels. Here the terroir allows us to experience the freshness and fruit of a juicy and digestible Cahors.
