The estate’s vineyards are organically cultivated across a stunning coastal area in Néa Michaniona, renowned for its fish market and the unique Natura salt-lake site. With views of Mount Olympus and nearly encircled by the Thermaic Gulf Sea, the Aslanis non-irrigated vines are cultivated in the PGI Macedonia zone (established in 1989), benefiting from the cooling sea breezes.
White grape varieties thrive in sandy-limestone soils, while red varieties grow in a mix of clay, limestone, and flint.
