BK Monsant Tinto

BK stands for Buen Karma. An honest pure wine, made with respect for nature.
Made from Grenache and Carignan grapes.

The Grenache grapes ferment in stainless steel vats.
The Carignan grapes are still fermented the old-fashioned way in large 1,000-litre "buckets". Fermentation occurs spontaneously by natural by wild yeasts.
Before the end of fermentation, the grapes are pressed by a vertical hand-operated press.
Half of the wine goes into stainless steel vats, the other half into 500-litre wooden barrels. After fermentation, the wines are blended and mature for several months in stainless steel barrels before bottling.

Delicious with: Pastas with meat, all types of meat, grilled or fried, Charcuterie Patatas bravas, Tortilla de patatas, Risotto with mushrooms, hard cheeses and of course a super good companion to tapas
