Atuvus is a small and artisanal winery in Priorat. They believe that intervention in the natural process of making wine should be kept to a minimum, allowing the fruit to express its true essence. Vines feed off the unique slate soil of Priorat (and Montsant) and transport all the essence (nutrition) through the roots to the grapes in the bottle. Grapes are harvested by hand, no chemicals and lots of love. Farming with biodynamic practices. They also make some wines in the small area of Montsant that pretty much surrounds the Priorat region.
