The Birdie distillery was born in the French cradle of jenever, in the Hauts de France region. Thomas and Gauthier, two lovers of spirits and travel, set out in 2019 to combine their passion and expertise. Birdie aims to be atypical, moving away from conventional London Dry Gin. It combines respect for the terroir, French know-how and the use of local ingredients, while opening up to the world with flavours from faraway lands.
