The Bolet family, with a history spanning over seven generations, began their wine journey in 1890 when Josep Bolet Martí combated the phylloxera plague by replanting vines. Over time, alongside his son Jaume, they expanded their vineyards to 70 acres. The winery saw modernization in the 1970s under Antoni Bolet Pascual, and by 1982, Josep Anton Bolet Bolet and Maria Tetas Cuscó initiated bottling homegrown wines and cavas under the Bolet brand​1​.
