The distillery is Brussels only craft distillery. Founded in 2019, with the idea to bring the artisan spirit back to Brussels. The distillery produces handmade spirits out of 20th century building in the heart of Schaerbeek.   Brussels Distillery's spirits are made using innovative distilling equipement, making them truly particular. These spirits are distilled, bottled and matured on site.

Alexis, passionate about fermentation since his adolescence, initiated his father, Serge, in the art of distillation. He creates the recipes and Serge works on the prospection and distillation of their spirits.   After waiting for numerous authorizations, father and son were able to launch their activities in 2019.
