Created in 1985 by Jean-François MENARD, Château Mémoires covers 5 hectares. In 1992, he acquired an old wine estate, located at the top of the hillsides 3 km from Langon. He then formed a wine estate which currently has 30 hectares, in Organic Agriculture since 2012 and a new stage will be passed in 2019 with the passage in Biodynamy. The vineyard is mainly located in the commune of Saint-Maixant, facing south on the first slopes of the right bank of the Garonne.
