This wine estate is located in the heart of the Coteaux de Cabrières, in the Languedoc, a unique place of wild and preserved nature. Romain Cabanes cultivates 9 hectares of vines in organic farming. The particular history of the plots and the aridity of the soils give him low yields of very high quality. The vineyard produces only red wines, from traditional grape varieties of the AOC Coteaux du Languedoc: Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan. Between freshness, fruitiness and character, the Clos Romain wines reflect all the potential and richness of the Languedoc terroir.
