The vineyards are the center of attention at Corte Sant'Alda. They are located on terraces at an altitude of 300 to 600 meters, the soils are calcareous and the treatments are limited to small amounts of sulfur following the phases of the moon. Each parcel is monitored with almost maniacal care.
