Muscadet Sèvre et Maine 'Monnières-Saint-Fiacre'

This is a serious Muscadet Sèvre et Maine. Indeed, it has been aged for 36 months sur lies, developing some more complex aromas as well as being especially interesting texture-wise. The mouthfeel is very crèmeux and the dead yeasts provide lager-like notes. We also find pear and green apple. The dense fruit and the ageing make for a long finish!
