Angelo and his wife Letizia are passionate about biodynamic viticulture. They are certified in organic but not in biodynamics of which they nevertheless apply the best precepts (use of compost, treatments with essential oils, application of the treatments 500 and the 501 of Steiner ...)
The wines are full of fruity flavors. We taste with succulence the very ripe grapes. Angelo is both very respectful of his terroir, which he adores (wonderful hills of clay-limestone soils in southern Tuscany) and ancestral winemaking techniques. It therefore does not use industrial yeasts but allows fermentation to take place spontaneously. The wines are aged in large casks of 3,000 and 7,000 liters of Slovenian oak aged between 5 and 70 years. Here are wonderfully tasty, complex, digestible, healthy and remarkably fruity wines.
