For the past 40 years, Jean Foillard has been "naturally" producing (the domaine is in the process of obtaining "official" organic farming certification, but adopted these practices a long time ago!) what we consider to be the perfect balance between fruit and structure, which enables his Morgon and Fleurie wines to be enjoyed young, but also after "maturing" for many years in a good cellar.
