Le petit Domaine was born in Montpeyroux (Hérault) in 2012. The operating building is located in the heart of the village.
It constitutes the ground floor of Mr Petit’s house that he fitted out in order to to host the vinification and aging workshop,
bottle storage, public reception.
From the vines to the bottling, everything is done to respect the natural qualities of the fruit and then of the wines.
The harvest is done by hand. The grapes are sorted on the plot then brought back in boxes to the cellar. They are then destemmed for traditional maceration, not destemmed for carbonic maceration and vatted by gravity.
