Domaine les Davids is located on a rare and preserved terroir. The vineyard, patiently harvested by hand, is situated at an altitude of 580 metres and nestles in a valley on the borders of the Ventoux and the Monts de Vaucluse.

The vineyard is deliberately run under organic farming methods, which ensure the preservation of biodiversity and the presence of natural yeasts on the grapes and in the cellar, the quality of which ensures perfect fermentation. These combined qualities, both human and natural, allow us to produce exceptional wines year after year and in reasonable quantities. The geological multiplicity of the estate's soils and subsoils gives our wines personality and character. The perfect knowledge of the geology of the terroir, of each parcel, allows Davids to adapt the plants to the most appropriate terroirs. Our wines reflect the perfect correlation between soil, climate, grape variety and know-how.
