Les Pieds dans la Dyle

Pablo and Jade have planted several small plots in the Dyle valley since 2018, resistant grape varieties, virtuous cultivation practices, a lot of thought and vinification without any input, no sulphite, no sugar, no added oak, with the aim of making simple, digestible and lubricating wines, all in a vinification workshop set up in Ottignies, in the "Arbre qui Pousse" eco-location. "A un jet de Grappe (de la Dyle)" is their trading activity for grapes grown without chemicals by winemaker friends, which they vinify without Gibolin© in the cellar.
