Here, absolute quality and the utmost authenticity are the two priorities. The Count and Countess Goëss-Enzenberg, from a great Austrian noble family (they own one of the most beautiful Châteaux in the world in Austria!), Set no limits when it comes to producing great wines. No detail has been overlooked and the quality of the production readily evokes that of a Burgundy Grand Cru. I visited the property for the first time in 2012 and was blown away by the quality of the wines but ... in the meantime it has increased even more and now seems to be reaching heights that only the best estates can claim . Manincor is now one of the benchmark producers in the wine world. This is the largest Italian property conducted entirely in biodynamics, or even more, since many dynamic treatments, in addition to those advocated by Rudolf Steiner are applicable here. All the wines are striking with their immaculate purity and their sublime elegance. Manincor shapes wines that are racy but never heavy. Everything is dosed to the point. The whites are breathtaking but unfortunately very often sold out barely on sale. You have to be quick and prices are obviously on the rise for this Domaine which is becoming more and more famous.
