The story of Mas des Restanques began in 1995 with the union of our two family terroirs. In the heart of Provence and at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, our estate is spread over 12 hectares, between two prestigious appellations: Vacqueyras and Gigondas.
In 2007, we took the plunge and created our own winery. Our first vintage was released the same year.
Our grapes are picked by hand and sorted directly on the plot by our pickers.
After the management of the vineyard in reasoned culture and a work of the soil most often mechanical, our domain adopts from now on a new approach by moving towards the organic culture. In 2012, our wines are certified organic by ECOCERT
