First nose on the grillote in syrup, we remain on the stone fruit (cherry, prune). We finish with aromatic herbs and spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
On the palate, a beautiful acidic structure balanced by a great volume. We find again the notes of stone fruits, raised by fresh pepper, a straight line with a beautiful liquor and beautiful bitters on the finish.
