Faustine, Corsica Red

Characterized by a cherry color with ruby highlights, the powerful nose is immediately reminiscent of the maquis. From the onset to the finish, this wine is characterized by its beautiful range of aromas: a complex aroma of black fruit (wild berries from the maquis) with a discreet hint of red fruit, as well as spice and pepper. Little concentration and full, juicy, a red that sports the Corsican style in freshness.

Made from a selection of plots, the grapes are often picked overripe, with low yields and a 40-day maceration. Aged in concrete vats.
