The Tsilili family planted the 15 ha organic vineyard at an altitude of 350 m in 1996. The vines are planted on hillsides in the PGI of Meteora, with a particular focus on indigenous grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Malagouzia and Limniona. This quality terroir is based on schist soil, which favours low yields and gives the wine complexity and mineral freshness. The cool nights give the grapes a well-developed aromatic palette.
