Uva De Vida is the brainchild of Carmen, the estate's oenologist, and her husband Luis. The 13-hectare vineyard is located in Santa Olalla, near Toledo, at an altitude of 500 metres. From the outset, the couple have worked biodynamically to optimise the quality of the soil and stimulate biodiversity. In the winery, everything is done naturally, without the addition of sulphur. Carmen makes reds of rare elegance and finesse. The altitude, combined with the northerly winds, guarantee the healthy freshness that is the hallmark of the Bodega's wines.
