Castelo Do Papa

"Papa" is a classic but pure expression of Godello. The wine has a clear mineral profile and just enough aromas of white stone fruit to counterbalance the stony, almost salty flavour profile. Very well balanced with fine acidity and gastronomically multi-purpose. Ready to open now but certainly potential to age for several years.
