Le Loup de Beau Marais

Assembly of mainly Pinot Gris with a small addition of Zweigelt. The ageing in old wooden barrels gives it some weight and volume. A purebred Pinot Gris with aromas of peach, apple and honeycomb with somewhere still a lick of vanilla from the wood. On the palate, the length is immediately noticeable; after all, we are talking about a vineyard that is only six years old.
