Young and lively on the palate with grainy tannins and an almost shrill fraicheur. Beautiful ripe fruit is supported by Nebbiolo's familiar spiciness and acidity. Aniseed, clove, rose and even a hint of blood orange. Raised entirely in inox to really highlight the grape. Best decanted or stored for a few more years.
