Blanco '100% Petit Courbu'

A Petit Courbu in true Txakoli style, a fine tension between aromas of citrus and honey with a pronounced minerality. The fresh Atlantic winds provide grapes with plenty of fraicheur and so winemaker Juanjo Tallaetxe again obtains his well-known razor-sharp style. Already fantastically delicious but we suspect this wine will evolve nicely over the next few years.
