Côte d'Or - Pinot Noir 2019 - Bourgogne

For this brand new appellation Côte d'Or, grapes may come from both the Côte de Nuits, and the Côte de Beaune. In this case, fruit from Fixin, Chorey and Volnay was used. The wine has a beautiful purple colour as a result of its youthfulness. Forest strawberries, raspberries and a hint of fresh peppermint gladden the nose. We taste stewed rhubarb and herbs, among other things. A varietal Pinot!
