Cuvée Essentielle

Champagne made from 100% pinot noir. Fermentation and aging (10 months) of the base wine takes place on tank. After the second fermentation in bottle, the wine matures for 24 months on the lie. No dosage is added. Small but fine red fruit, also marmalade, lime zest, an evidence of anise. Light, tangy and pure with a soft, enveloping finish.
