A golden-colored beer with a full aroma and a nice head.

The taste is slightly sour with spicy, funky cellar-like aromas and a distinctive dry finish. It is a distinctly Belgian beer of high fermentation with refermentation in the bottle. This authentic rustic ale delivers a bitter, but gentle finish. A humble brew, yet deeply complex.

Cuvée VDK has a gravity of 14° Plato and an alcohol content of 7.3°. This beer is best enjoyed at cellar temperature. Not coincidentally Vandekelder.
