Dinamica Bical 2023

Bright straw-yellow color with greenish rim, good viscosity. On the nose, it has aromas of pear (typical of Bical grapes) with some iodine and spiciness (thyme and rosemary). On the palate, it's refined, creamy, relatively soft and with plenty of minerality, a sort of salinity due to the typical Atlantic climate. On the palate, it's fruity and the aftertaste is dry and refreshing, with persistent acidity. A great match for shellfisch, sushi and salads.
