This Champagne is composed of 40% réserve wines from the last 5 years. After a second fermentation in bottle, the wine matures for 24 months on the groin. The dosage is 2.5 g/L. The grapes, from 35-year-old vines, grow in the Vallée de la Marne, on the terroir of Baslieux.
