Ferghettina 'Tal Quale' Brut Nature - Franciacorta DOCG

This wine starts with the same blend as the Franciacorta Brut: 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. After harvest, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel. To give it a unique character, it spends an extra 6 months on the lees (around 28 months total) and is disgorged without added sugar. Then it rests at least another 24 months in the bottle before release.

Tasting Notes:  fresh and lively, with aromas of ripe citrus and a hint of chamomile. On the palate, you’ll find crisp acidity, red apple flavors, a fine texture, subtle minerality, and a beautifully persistent mousse.
