La Bohème
White
The vines of the Melon de B..... (because they are classified as Vin de France, the grape variety does not have to be mentioned on the label!) from which the Bohème cuvée is made, grow on schist terroir. You may notice a little carbonation when you open the bottle - this is very common with these natural wines. So don't hesitate to decant 1 hour before serving.
You will be charmed by the tension, freshness and substance of ‘La Bohème’ - which is dry but not acidic, as the winemaker likes to say on his labels. The wine is elegant and delicate, with a nose of ripe fruit and hints of apple and pear.
It's such a pleasure on the palate that you'll want to serve it again, and that's that!
Decanting is recommended
