Mas De Libian - Cave Vinum

White wine with a very fresh taste....
Terroir : clay and limestone, north- and east-facing, Mediterranean climate, dry and hot summers, low rainfall, very windy. Hélène Thibon, together with her horse ‘Nestor’, farms the 17ha Mas de Libian which is located in the southern Côtes-du-Rhône in Saint-Marcel-d'Ardeche. Characteristic of the region is its terroir with its famous ‘galets rouge’, these boulders absorb heat during the day and then give it off again at night.

Food pairing: goat cheese from the south, Mediterranean fish, it's one of the white wines that can be served with garlic
